Brian’s practice is primarily concentrated in the area of general business law, including the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial real estate and leasing, secured lending, corporate and contract law.  Brian is highly skilled in the drafting of legal documents of all kinds for his business clients, and provides valued strategic advice to business owners and managers at all stages of business development.  Brian also works effectively with other professionals in providing advice concerning corporate reorganizations, tax and estate planning.
