Neha Garg brings a wide-ranging skill set to her practice at our firm, as she focuses her attention on complex commercial transactions, including share and asset purchase agreements, lease negotiations, commercial property acquisitions and sales, and mortgage recovery proceedings.

Neha holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws (equivalent to a Juris Doctor or JD), also having earned a degree in Business Management. This combination of legal, business, and technical training enables her to approach her practice with a well-rounded and practical perspective.  Recognized for her meticulous attention to detail and client-focused approach, Neha is applauded by her clients, admired by her colleagues, and respected by her rivals.

Outside of her legal career, Neha enjoys dance, painting, and shopping, bringing her natural creativity and enthusiasm to both her personal and professional life.
