Matthew Sergi (he/him)

Welcome Matthew to the Inch Hammond Team.

Matthew attended McMaster University for his undergraduate studies where he completed an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree. Matthew holds both a Canadian and American J.D. through the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Dual J.D. Program. In 2024, he externed with the Federal Pro Se Legal Assistance Clinic assisting low-income clientele in a variety of legal matters in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing a variety of sports, reading, playing guitar, and cooking.

Matthew is a driven individual with a desire to learn and solve problems and is excited to begin his legal career at Inch Hammond.
