Chantell is a proud member of the Wahta Mohawk Community.

Over her career, Chantell has represented clients before the International Centre for Settlements of Investment Disputes Arbitral Tribunal. She has assisted clients with NAFTA Audits involving USA and Mexico. Chantell has assisted clients with Excise Audits and has represented clients before the Superior Court of Ontario, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

She completed her undergraduate degree and her law degree at the University of Western Ontario and has been practicing in the Hamilton area since 1999. Her areas of practice are Aboriginal Law, Litigation. and Excise and Tobacco Tax Appeals. She is also a member of the Hamilton Law Association.
